Responsible for supporting workplace violence risk programs.
Manages security incident reporting tool.
Participates in request for proposals for vendors.
Conducts the assessment of workplace violence situations.
Reviews vendor security reports and provides feedback.
Implements programs to educate on, and mitigate, workplace violence risk.
Conducts and manages domestic violence and protected status interviews.
Partners with vendor security leadership on site-related issues and performance.
Ensures that Contracted Security adheres to DFS Policies and Procedures.
Prepares and conducts center-wide training and briefings on security issues, if applicable.
At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:
Bachelor's Degree in Emergency Management/Planning, Criminal Justice, or related field
1 year of experience in corporate security; 2+ years working in security role in a private sector or public law enforcement
In lieu of a degree, 3 years of experience in corporate security; 5+ years working in security role in a private sector or public law enforcement
Must be able to obtain/maintain CPR/AED, and First Aid
