The Composite Panel Association (CPA) is seeking a design-minded Digital Marketing Manager to elevate and expand the association’s digital presence with the goal of raising the visibility of the organization, its members and industry products to key audiences, including interior designers, architects and other specifiers in the building products industry. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and Meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of association’s digital marketing programs, including researching, designing, copywriting and execution of highly visual content to drive audience engagement and conversions.
- Create engaging multimedia content, including video, utilizing programs such as Canva and Adobe InDesign (or comparable).
- Manage all aspects of social media platforms including the creation of compelling posts for earned and paid campaigns. Employ the latest trends in social media to drive success. Track analytics to measure success and drive future posts.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics to monitor website traffic and KPIs, inform decision making, and identify issues that need to be addressed. Apply SEO best practices to content developed.
- Identify and develop relationships with social media influencers to promote industry messaging.
- Manage the development of new graphics for WordPress website.
- Create and manage the design of CPA digital communication tools including technical publications, advertisements, brochures and other collateral material.
- Create slide deck presentations and creative written content that convey the attributes of industry products and sustainability/carbon sequestration messaging to a design-oriented audience.
- Assist with writing content for and promoting the industry through the annual Buyer’s Guide.
- Design graphics for onsite program for two annual meetings.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create promotional graphics and social media posts for annual meetings.
- Travel up to three industry trade shows and annual meetings per year.
Required Experience/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field.
- At least 3 years relevant post-college professional work experience in a marketing/communications department. Association experienced preferred.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful digital campaigns.
- Excellent creative writing skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Expertise in Office 365 suite, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and WordPress (or similar platforms) required. Experience with Canva and Hootsuite preferred.
- Knowledge of the latest digital content and social media trends and best practices. Experience creating TikTok content a plus.
- Demonstrated ability as a proactive, self-starter with excellent communication, project management and relationship building/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact successfully with all levels of staff and association members.
