We are currently hiring for a Customer Care Specialist , as a specialist your goal is to “wow” your customers with an exceptional customer service experience. In this role, you will specialize in inbound calls for our Back-Up Care Advantage division and assist families with finding temporary care for their children or loved ones. Back-Up Care Program is designed to provide back-up care whenever normal care arrangements are unavailable. Clients have 24-hour access to a team of Back-Up Care Specialists who will find and schedule care on their behalf.

What you will be doing:
Handle incoming calls for the Back-Up Care line of business which may include entering client registrations, taking reservations, providing exceptional customer service, etc.
Answering incoming calls in a timely manner as identified by service level standards.
Maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements

What we hope you will bring to the role:
High School Diploma/GED Required
Minimum 1 year customer service, help-desk, and/or comprehensive call center knowledge.
Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (must know Outlook and Word at a minimum).
Ability and willingness to learn and gain proficiency in new software systems.
Our call center operates 24/7 with shifts Monday through Friday from 4:30 am to 10:30 pm, requiring you are available to work any shift during that time-frame. HAVING TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH YOUR APPLICATION?
