Conquer is searching for a data-driven individual who wants to be the resident expert of analytics systems for our team. The people you work with think you’re a total genius, but that’s because you have a passion for making sense of complex data for them. You’ve likely curated measurement plans, and have a solid understanding of the strategy, technologies and the processes involved. You have created implementation documents and built dashboards, so you feel comfortable with the tools and technology. You know how to analyze the data and develop a story that ties into the overarching measurement strategy, that also integrates consumer research from the Strategy team. You work closely with the VP of Insights & Performance to take the team and agency to a deeper level and together find the big insights. When not actively analyzing media plans, the Marketing Science Analyst invests time in continued education, researches various industries and leverages relationships with JDA network partners towards developing proprietary tools and processes relative to media measurement.

Friendly people, fun offices and incredible clients make it enjoyable to come to work at Conquer. Our culture fosters growth at every level, and we have awesome perks and benefits. Some noteworthy examples are our flexible work life, excellent insurance, and free snacks/food in all offices.
