Conquer is searching for a data-driven individual who wants to be the resident expert of analytics systems for our team. The people you work with think you’re a total genius, but that’s because you have a passion for making sense of complex data for them. You’ve likely curated measurement plans, and have a solid understanding of the strategy, technologies and the processes involved. You have created implementation documents and built dashboards, so you feel comfortable with the tools and technology. You know how to analyze the data and develop a story that ties into the overarching measurement strategy, that also integrates consumer research from the Strategy team. You work closely with the VP of Insights & Performance to take the team and agency to a deeper level and together find the big insights. When not actively analyzing media plans, the Marketing Science Analyst invests time in continued education, researches various industries and leverages relationships with JDA network partners towards developing proprietary tools and processes relative to media measurement.

1-2 years working in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a business-related field
Experience working with web, digital, social, and intelligence analytics software is required
An understanding of data management principles and data governance best practices
Some knowledge of the media planning function, media terminology and applications
Attention to detail must be a built-in personality characteristic
Driven to be accurate, informative and factual
Excel with systems or process
Experience with marketing platforms including: Adobe, Google, Salesforce. Emphasis on their analytics, campaign and testing capabilities
Some experience with ad server platforms and their capabilities such as DCM
Some experience with paid social platforms and reporting such as Facebook
Familiarity with advanced analytical tools such as: SAS, SQL or R
Familiarity with data visualization tools including: Tableau, Domo, Datarama, etc.
Familiarity with statistics, statistical software or regression analysis (Minitab and SPSS) is a plus
