We market over the radio, digital, social and print and drive the leads to our producers. We get inbound leads via email, phone and text.

There’s NO COLD CALLING!, We provide you ALL THE LEADS!.

NO lead gen work, that’s our job. Most leads already have a quote from us, other leads are paying customers of a sister company that are trying to save money on home and auto. Our agent’s job is to find appropriate coverage, get a win for the customer and close the deal! Our prospects are 99% homeowners, they buy auto, they buy flood, and best of all they stay at renewal. Conversion rates are extremely high.

Beyond driving consistent leads, we’ve got a team building innovative tools that make quoting a snap and take the headaches out of the job. We have support from full-time raters and dedicated CSR’s to manage the binding and chase renewals.

With the marketing we have in place and the tools to produce efficiently, our AVERAGE AGENT can sell a Million dollars in premium.Top producers will beat that substantially!


  • Valid, current Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License - REQUIRED
  • Experience selling P&C products
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with co-workers from all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with a sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work on-site at our facility located in NW Houston (Near Hollister and 290)

Pay & Benefits

  • Base hourly rate plus uncapped commission structure - Our targeted average comp is $65k first full year, top agents will exceed substantially.
