Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to technical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve products, techniques, procedures, and technologies. You will design and develop new ideas and solutions for new product development as well as current products modification and improvements based on in-service issues and market strategy. You are responsible for design and implementation of new products including limit switches, basic switches, pressure switches and toggle switches as well as switches used in operator controls. The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Design electromechanical assemblies, primarily switches and operator controls
Use mechanical engineering experience for a mix of product development and improvement
Utilize your engineering capabilities to support projects in a variety of markets including industrial automation, aerospace and recreational vehicles

25 Part product design, engineering analysis & specification
20 Project management
15 Cost estimation
20 3D modeling
20 Test planning and product qualification

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors Degree in Engineering

Creativity
Some experience developing products or sustaining existing products
Experience in a highly regulated and safety critical domain
Mechanical Engineering degree
