  • Prepare all prep items according to inventory levels and business projections.
  • Follow all recipes for in-house production and finished plates.
  • Maintain cleanliness of Mulligan’s kitchen area and all equipment.
  • Maintain consistency and quality of all ALA carte food.
  • Assist service staff as directed.
  • Assist banquet cooks during slow business periods.
  • Report all problems to Executive Chef.
  • Prepare employee meals.
  • Cover all high business shifts
  • Sterling National Country Club is a banquet/private Country Club facility that operated 7 days a week servicing the members to their needs. Due to this fact, hours of business could fluctuate weekly, therefore you must remain flexible. Being in the hospitality business, it is imperative that employees are hospitable to the public.
