MaRous & Company is a small, professional real estate appraisal and consulting firm looking for an office manager that is driven, organized, and a skilled leader.

Office Manager Duties:

Management

  • Maintaining a Job/Task Management System
  • Managing and Updating Job Database
  • Managing, Organizing, and Creating Job Files Linked to Job Database
  • Create and Maintain Office Calendar
  • Managing, Organizing, and Updating all Office Software
  • Learn all Details of each Software Program and Have the Ability to Instruct Others of how to Use the Programs
  • Manage, Maintain, and Update Office Phone and Messaging Systems
  • Manage Domain and Email Addresses Along with Domain Host Company
  • Update and Manage all Office Equipment
  • Manage Employees and Hire Support Staff
  • Coordinate Regular Office Meetings
  • Coordinate Office Events and Parties
  • Assist with Travel Accommodations

Accounting/Bookkeeping

  • Manage Payroll and Business Taxes
  • Accounts Payable - Manage Payment of Bills
  • Accounts Receivable - Manage Bank Deposits Systems
  • Creating Job Proposals
  • Create and Manage all Outgoing Invoices

General

  • Coordinate all Report Edits - Proofing and Corrections
  • Make Corrections to Reports Based on Editors Suggestions, If Necessary
  • Create Project Exhibits, If Necessary
  • Coordinate the Sending of Draft/Final Reports to Clients
