Job Description

Position Summary

The Change Manager is a critical role in orchestrating the concerted adoption, understanding, and integration of the US Zone Enterprise Strategy. Through the deployment of our new Enterprise Strategy, we created the Transformation Office to dedicate resources tied to Master Planning, Capabilities, Change, and Ways of Working for our long-term success within prioritizations, cross-functional interdependencies, & accelerating capabilities. This Manager role reports to the Head of Change. This role will define measures to create awareness for initiatives and execute associated change management activities, such as stakeholder analyses, development of a change story, change impact assessment and communications planning. The Change Manager will support change management capability development across the organization by developing training, tools and resources to support teams executing change management plans for various initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Designs and develops comprehensive change management programs being supported, led and/or tracked by the Transformation Office (i.e., communication strategy, change story, stakeholder mapping, change impact assessment, and leadership engagement plan capability building)
Identifies the various stakeholder groups impacted by specific initiatives and defines the necessary interventions to ensure behavior adoption
Identifies change impacts and behavior change requirements for the initiatives
Supports the development of change management capability across the organization through training development and supporting initiative Change Leads (i.e. tools, playbook and SharePoint development)
Defines and tracks KPIs to monitor progress of change within a broad range of the organization
Works with Change Management Community of Practice to ensure Zone wide focus on employee experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred
Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant change management or transformation experience, prior management consulting experience preferred
Solid knowledge of tools and mechanisms to track impact of change management initiatives
Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead others, and to work with minimal direction, with the proven ability to coordinate complex activities
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
Capability to understand end user roles and business implications
Excellent skills in presenting technical solutions in simple and clear manner to non-technical stakeholders and senior management, establishing strong relationships to ensure adoption
