ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Oversee Box Office game day staff.
Communicate with Director of Sales & Merchandise on a daily basis to ensure all ticket orders have been correctly fulfilled.
Place, print, and organize all Will Call tickets in a timely manner.
Organize and enter contact information of past group and single game ticket information.
Call to sell specific ticket packages including books, mini plans and other targeted groups.
Oversee retail store, keeping inventory and floor set up.
Create a strong rapport, trust and credibility with our fans.
Assist with general front office management duties-answering phones, mailings, etc.
Attend sales events such as trade shows, community events, clinics, etc.
Assist with the cleanliness, upkeep and general maintenance to ensure the facility is ready for all games and outside events.
Sweep, pressure wash and hose down concourse after games and keep concourse and bathrooms in the cleanest conditions.
Make sure cleaning crews have access to all equipment.
Aid in end of night tear down with managing staff clean up and proper lock up procedures.
Assist in fireworks set up and tear down.
Handle table set-up for sponsors and other purposes.
Assist in keeping inventory and stock of all cleaning and bathroom supplies.
General office tasks as needed.
Other tasks and duties, including mascot appearances as staff or mascot and attending community and networking events.
