Description of Work
This position provides administrative support to the General Superintendent position.

Duties & Responsibilities

Performs office administrative tasks such as handling telephone calls, filing, developing presentations, meeting agendas and meeting minutes.

Processes electronic and hardcopy division documents, assists internal personnel with document control issues and maintain a master database of division records.

Tracks compliance with employee certifications, Medical Examiner's Certificate and Commercial Driver's License expiration dates.

Inventories and orders office supplies and arranges for office equipment maintenance.

Provides support to the internal staff on Oracle processes.

All job-related duties as assigned.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in business support or secretarial studies

A minimum of three years of experience in document control and administrative support, preferably in a technical environment.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Proficiency in Oracle preferred.

Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.

Ability to use sound judgment.

Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
