Account reporting analyst requires:
Account reporting analyst duties:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Oracle, Essbase and Business Objects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Ø Prepare Asset creation forms (ACF)
Ø Review vendor invoices
Ø Calculate balance left to capitalize
Ø Work cross functionally with HQ and Field Project Managers to align on data for capitalization
Ø Capitalize Regular, Fleet and Other assets in Oracle Fixed Assets
Ø Perform Task to Task to match with Capitalization
Ø Perform Journal entries to reclass costs to correct account/location
Ø prepare ACF forms, prepping invoices, working with project managers and capitalizing assets.
Ø identify areas for process improvement.
