This role is crucial for evaluating and assessing the effectiveness of our asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, and food safety programs. The ideal candidate will conduct regular audits, risk assessments, review security protocols, and analyze data to identify areas of risk and non-compliance, ensuring our operations align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in multi-unit/format retail environments, preferably in the travel retail industry.
- Strong understanding of security protocols, asset protection strategies, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to travel frequently, to various locations across North America, including Canada, and internationally, if/as needed.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to work independently to manage multiple audits/investigations simultaneously, with the ability to coach/influence team members.
