They enjoy working with established processes, handling details, problem solving, and can make quick decisions and are eager to learn all aspects how our software provides solutions to our clients.This customer-oriented service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. Experience in commercial insurance is preferred.Responsibilities :This full-time Customer Service Representative position includes:
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Upload Certificates of Insurance into our software program
Solve and respond to support emails
Maintain inbound and outbound phone calls
Ensure accurate tracking of communications
Aid in the teaching and training of our clients and users to ensure proper software utilization and satisfaction
Meet personal and team goals for productivity and client satisfaction

Required Skills:
Experience in Commercial Insurance is preferred
A College degree is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Track record of over-achieving metrics
