We are looking for a talented Recruiter to lead the hiring efforts for our organization. As the only recruiter at SLS, you will be responsible for managing our job marketing and postings, candidate attraction and sourcing as well as candidate screening and interviewing. We are looking for someone who loves working with people and promoting SLS as an employer out in the Twin Cities Community! You will serve as our in-house job market expert, working closely with HR and training to ensure we attract and on-board new employees with excellence. You will also have the opportunity to represent SLS at career fairs, campus events and networking events to seek new talent and promote our job opportunities.

The recruiter is a staple of our company culture and must personify our values, representing SLS in a positive light! We are looking for someone who is results driven, organized and tech savvy who can share in our mission and help us accomplish our goals.

In this role you will...

Source, screen and interview candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Collaborate with hiring managers
Create effective marketing of open positions
Lead meeting to discuss and create new roles
Manage our applicant tracking system and online job boards
Provide weekly and timely updates to hiring managers on open requisitions
Work with HR and training on the on-boarding of new employees
Represent SLS at career fairs, campus and industry events
Assist in training of hiring managers on interviewing and process
Follow processes and ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
AVAILABLE HOURS - FULL TIME

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

COMPENSATION

Starting at $45,000/year - depending on experience/education
QUALIFICATIONS

Completed Bachelors Degree, required
1 year of recruiting experience, plus 3 additional years of professional work experience, required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, required
Strong computer skills, required
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), strongly preferred
Must pass DHS background check with fingerprints, required
