This File Clerk role will be responsible for performing various basic clerical tasks, including managing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems, operating office equipment, and completing general office work. The File Clerk role will be located in Tucson, Arizona and is a long-term temporary opportunity.

Key responsibilities

  • Fax, archive, scan, file, and word processing
  • Respond to questions about records and files
  • Within specified guidelines, order high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents
  • Find and collect data according to company time frames
  • Ensure employees complete projects in timely manner
  • Liaise with departments and employees as part of gathering and indexing materials for filing
  • Providing quality control to ensure the documents were properly filed
  • Skilled in handling office equipment
  • 2+ years of File Clerk experience at minimum preferred
  • Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
  • Solid understanding of filing
  • Data entry experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Expertise in scanning
  • Basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, collaborate and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds in a fast-paced environment
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent is required of all applications for this position
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills
