Endeavor Hospitality Group, a boutique hotel management company based in New York City is seeking an experienced, energetic leader to join our team as the opening Front Office Manager, custom-designed Courtyard Marriott, located next to the dynamic new Hudson Yards! The Hotel has the perfect location, next to Hudson Yards, only a few blocks from the Jacob Javits Center, Madison Square Garden, and the Highline.
Endeavor Hospitality Group was founded by entrepreneurial developers who have been deeply and passionately rooted in the New York real estate market for decades. We are seeking ambitious, top talent for our growing portfolio.
Compensation:
$75,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What you will be doing:

Managing and inspiring a Front Desk team to seamlessly create guest experiences that have guests returning again and again

Build a productive, enthusiastic Front Office team, each one fulfilled in their job

Monitor and track Front Office operational performance

Effectively balance hotel inventory to maximize profit

Mentor, lead, and guide your own staff so they may accomplish their goals

Support accounting to ensure processes are accurate and complete

Establish inventory process and controls
Qualifications:

Marriott experience preferred

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Kronos, Medallion, and guest recovery software

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills required

Service-Focused with professional presentation skills

Progressive management experience within the Rooms Division
