SUMMARY:
We are looking for a long-term, full-time employee who enjoys speaking with tenants, guiding them on how to submit maintenance requests, how to use appfolio, and how to submit support requests on our website.
JOB DUTIES:
- Onboard vendors: Calling to get new vendors, send links for vendors to complete our online forms and upload insurance, and follow up to help them.
- Dispatch approved and coordinate maintenance with tenants.
- Explain to tenants how to use appfolio including how to view the tenant ledger, update auto-pay, submit maintenance requests, updating renters insurance, etc.
- Explain to tenants how to locate request forms, procedures, etc. on our website
OFFICE HOURS:
Mon - Fri
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CDT
We're closed for lunch from noon to one
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Live in the US with native USA accent
- Quiet, private, dedicated work space in your home
- 100 minimum mbps of internet speed (up & down)
- Newer computer with dual monitors & camera
- Experience using appfolio to dispatch maintenance & answer tenant questions
- Proven experience as maintenance coordinator & tenant phone support
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- The ability to complete tasks on a checklist daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
- The ability to follow written procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Be kind but firm and hold to our rules & procedures
- Less than 2 year old smart phone
- No criminal background (We pull background checks)
