We are seeking an innovative and results-driven individual to fill a critical role on the Direct to Consumer (DTC) team. The Marketing Analyst, Direct to Consumer must have a strong background in eCommerce, specifically performance marketing across retention and acquisition. In partnership with Brand, Merchandising, Content and Site Experience teams, he/she will manage our acquisition and retention marketing efforts, defining tactics to reach the target audience, meeting online sales goals, and building awareness of Hasbro brands. From paid search and social, to email and affiliate marketing, and everything in-between, he/she will be play a critical role in developing the strategy and running the execution of marketing programs, focusing on finding new opportunities to reach the Hasbro DTC customer.

Reporting to the Director, DTC & eCommerce, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing/eCommerce with a strong understanding of the factors for success in the eCommerce landscape. This role must also partner closely with our DTC operations team and other eCommerce leads to drive continued performance that adheres to organizational objectives and goals.

A day in the life of an Analyst Marketing Services:
Manage marketing acquisition and retention programs to deliver on ROI targets, including paid search, paid social, email marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.
Develop integrated plans to ensure that all marketing campaigns, product stories, and promotions come to life through all paid and owned digital channels
Support the development and execution of a loyalty program and partner on communication strategy
Own the marketing and promotional calendar and align product launches/key events to eCommerce objectives
Develop a channel testing plan that will grow channel contributions and drive innovation in consumer targeting
Manage relationships with external partners and work with them to drive continuous performance
Lead and direct the creative team in email and site design, from concept to reality
Own CRM/email and lifecycle marketing campaigns ensuring they drive sales and engagement
Support the development and execution of content to commerce events
Report on KPIs to senior management and propose appropriate optimizations

What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably supporting an omni-channel consumer brand
Broad eCommerce knowledge and understanding of growth drivers
Organizational and strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects under strict deadlines
Experience having managed multiple execution of marketing campaigns, including setup, monitoring, and optimization
Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM platforms
Experience in both managing and collaborating with multiple internal and external teams
Experience with Salesforce or similar email marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
Tech savvy and comfortable using marketing tools
