DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
Manages and administrates multiple 3rd Party business tools and system
Leads the on-boarding process of new publishers and developers and ensures accounts are in good standing
Maintains and administrates account files and documentation in share drive(s), database, and in other internal systems
Requests publisher code (BMS code) for e-Shop sales tracking for our publishers to NCL Licensing and provides any background explanations as needed preferably in Japanese.
Works with NOA IT & NCL NSD to fix and improve 3rd Party business tools such as Nintendo Developer Portal, Shop Sales Tool and Licensing Database by detecting any bugs and collecting feedback from our partners.
Works with NOA Finance, NOA AP & NCL Global Payment Team to set up, maintain and manage payee accounts for monthly royalty payment.
Works with NOA Legal for publisher agreement process such as requesting agreement and keep track of agreement status.
Works with various types of partners including inexperienced indie publishers and walk them through required paperwork process and business procedures.
Provides good customer service skills when dealing with various inquiries coming to thirdpartypublisher@noa.nintendo.com.
Works closely with Product Planning team to identify and support priority contents and priority partners.
Reports on developer/publisher account status to Supervisor, Manager and Senior Manager.
Partners with relevant internal departments in the development of 3rd Party publishing business.
Prepares and maintains weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as requested.
Familiarity with tax, accounts payable, agreement/contract and e-commerce concepts and some direct business experience with these concepts and terminologies.
Bilingual English/Japanese preferred.

SUMMARY OR REQUIREMENTS
3 - 5 years of related experience
Video Game Industry experience
Program and account management experience preferred
Familiarity with tax, accounts payable, agreement/contract and e-commerce concepts and some direct business experience with these concepts and terminologies.
Bilingual English/Japanese preferred.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills to interact with assigned accounts, and other internal and global partners
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to work in a fast-paced confidential environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities with fluctuating schedules and deadlines
Acute attention to detail and accuracy
