The primary goal of the Client Care Coordinator is to ensure clients receive the highest quality of care in accordance with Company standards through performance management of caregiver staff and quality control initiatives. This is a position that includes supervision of 85+ staff caregivers and managing a census of 80+ clients. It also requires a strong ability to perform successful conflict resolution/problem solving with clients and employees.
This role will be responsible for conducting client care assessments/intake meetings in the field, in order to grow our new client base. The Client Care Coordinator will be effective at identifying needs and helping the scheduling/operations team make proper matches when identifying caregivers that can work with the client.
The Client Care Coordinator also assists in the scheduling of per diem caregiver staff on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a medical field
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
