Job Summary:
We are a Medical Billing company seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving customer inquiries, and delivering a positive experience through multiple communication channels. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Utilize computerized systems to efficiently manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Engage in outbound calling to proactively address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and provide clear, concise communication to customers.
- Offer client services that exceed customer expectations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide multilingual customer support in multiple languages, including Spanish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Continuously develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Work effectively in an office environment with a focus on productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software.
- Healthcare related experience a plus
- AMD software experience is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and through written correspondence.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of client services principles and practices.
- Basic typing skills and the ability to work efficiently on a computer.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in an office environment and maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.36 - $17.23 per hour
