## Overview We are seeking a dedicated Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and sales, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. ## Responsibilities - Interact with customers to determine their automotive service needs - Write accurate service orders and communicate effectively with the service technicians - Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services - Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules - Assist in sales of automotive services and products - Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service process ## Experience ### Required Skills: - Proficiency in oil changes, shocks, struts, alignments, and general vehicle maintenance - Experience in service writing and working closely with service technicians - Strong knowledge of automotive services and sales ### Nice-to-Have Skills: - Background in automotive sales - Ability to transmit technical information effectively Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will be valued, and you can grow within the automotive service industry.
