Job Site Window Technician

Full-Time Residential Exterior Home Service Technician

The Position:

We currently have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Job Site Window Installation Technician at our Plymouth, Minnesota Office. This person is responsible for traveling to job sites installing windows with a team and performing various tasks and any problem repairs, such as skylight trimming, window wraps and replacing gutter screens.

  • Providing clients with the highest level of satisfaction in customer service
  • Maintaining consistent communication with both the client & with the sales/production department
  • Responsible for various administrative work
  • Accurate record keeping of job files
  • Consistent use of company programs for proper job management
  • Being knowledgeable in industry practices and company policies
  • Daily travel to multiple job sites

  • Ability to spot mistakes/problems in the process and correct real time
  • Enjoys working cohesively with other team members
  • Proficiency with exterior and interior remodeling. (ie. Install windows, interior and/or exterior trim, etc.)


  • Hands-on experience in residential and commercial finish trim and/or siding
  • Physical ability to perform various tasks including:
  • Climbing ladders & working at roof heights
  • Lifting a minimum of 80 pounds
  • Proficient in using work tools such as:
  • Hammer + Nails
  • Flat Bar
  • Screw Gun
  • Finishing Tools (Trim nailer, miter saw, etc.)
  • Metal Brake (experience a plus, but not required)
  • Competent with mobile app use and computer technology - program training will be provided
  • Clean driving record

  • Residential and/Commercial finish trim or siding: 5 years (Preferred)
