ASSOCIATE PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR: Incumbent will be a driving force in Practice Management for the organization. Besides management of the incumbent’s own site, s/he will offer administrative and technical support to other sites as designated by the Practice Administrator, and manage special projects as assigned. The incumbent will represent TriHealth in both internal and external venues, building relationships with vendors, community resources, customers, physicians and other departments within TriHealth. Knowledge of budgeting process, accountability to same, and management of accounts receivables required. Excellent role modeling of Service Excellence and stewardship, as well as other TriHealth values, must be endemic. To plan, organize, direct, control and staff the office of a Physician Practice. The APA facilitates communication between the physician and the office staff, and the office and TriHealth. Efforts are concentrated on providing an efficiently running office that offers quality service to the patients. The APA actively collects patient responsibility portions of cash. The APA process improves all QI, EMR, safety, revenue, expense and HR processes. To strengthen the relationship with the physician, staff and group operations ensuring that the Mission and Vision of the practice division and TriHealth are integral components of the culture of the practice. The APA manages an office with 5 or more physicians.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: Associate's Degree

EXPERIENCE: 3-4 years in Practice Management with multisite responsibility or specialized project management with ability to work collaboratively with physicians.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: PM systems, FFS or RVU fee schedules, EMR, Physician Network, CLIA, COLA, CAPP as appropriate..

DEPARTMENT SPECIFICS:Previous management experience required. Previous experience managing multiple locations preferred.
