ADI’s Aerospace and Defense (ADEF) Module and Subsystems Department designs and manufactures RF/Microwave products for commercial, military, and space applications. Products include receivers, transmitters, frequency converters, high-power GaN amplifiers, multifunction modules, and SIPs. Our department is seeking current college students with the skills and passion to engineer complex systems, subsystems and components. A successful candidate is one who can participate in a multi-disciplined team and properly apply engineering tools and processes.
A candidate with interests, studies, research or experience in one or more of the following may be a good fit for this opportunity: hands on laboratory work with hardware and software, hardware/circuit integration and testing, modeling and analysis, investigating defects and developing root cause and corrective actions. Interns perform meaningful engineering tasks for their assigned projects but will also have access to a variety of career development opportunities.
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field. Basic understanding of Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Demonstrated ability to communicate with peers, managers, and project stakeholders effectively using both verbal and written communications.
Background in RF Theory, RF Modeling and Simulation
Ability to perform detail-oriented work with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
