Primary Responsibilities:
Skilled PowerPoint and grapfhic arts / word / excel

Maintain inventory of all supplies and visitor appreciation items

Serve as point of contact for security, facilities, A / V, supply vendors and etc

Coordinate employee access cards to the building / gym

Maintain relationship with Facilities management to address facility - related issues or needs (plants, light bulbs, AV maintenance, replacement, etc.)

Work with Facilities management to ensure the conference center meets expectations with regard to appearance, cleanliness, functionality and overall quality experience

Maintain relationship with IT team and learn how to use all AV equipment / able to assist

Mail Management

Assist with catering management for office meetings / events

Housekeeping: 6th floor executive suite and kitchen maintenance / Coordinate with Lewin office manager for 4th and 5th floor kitchen supplies

Schedule Management of CEO Board Room / Huddle Rooms / Hotels / Conference Center

Meeting Logistics Set up (room / supplies / tent cards / drinks / snacks)

Assist with volunteer event coordination

Admin Support: will build on once solid in Office Coordinator roles. May take on creation of meeting docs, expense reporting, as appropriate

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
2+ years of administrative support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook (ability to send and receive emails, experience with calendar management and scheduling meetings)
Proficiency with Microsoft Word (drafting, editing letters and documents)
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formatting and editing Excel Workbooks, formula auditing, importing/exporting data, sorting and filtering)
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint (Ability to create and edit presentation decks)

Preferred Qualifications:
Some college coursework or business vocational school education (or higher)
Publisher Experience (create, personalize and share publications and marketing materials)
Microsoft Visio Experience (create plans, drawings and diagrams and general design layout)

Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi - task in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
