```Responsibilities:```
- Perform various administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Skills:
- Bank reconciliation: Ability to reconcile bank statements with general ledger accounts.
- GAAP: Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for financial reporting.
- Journal entries: Ability to record financial transactions accurately using journal entries.
- Accounts payable: Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Accounts receivable: Collections and posting payments.
- Corporate accounting: Understanding of accounting principles applied in corporate settings.
- 10-key typing: Proficiency in using a 10-key numeric keypad for data entry.
