Comprehensive Care Services is looking for a 4th staff perfusionist to join our team in Lubbock, Texas. Experience is preferred but new graduates are highly encouraged to apply! The account consists of 2 hospitals and 4 highly-skilled, cardiac surgeons that perform approximately 350 – 400 adult OHS cases per year. These include CABG's, aortic/mitral/tricuspid valve surgery, TAVR, aortic procedures, and perfusion standby as needed. The cardiac teams at each facility are very pleasant, friendly, and outgoing. The schedule of cases provides for a great work/life balance lifestyle. The candidate must be willing to work flexible schedules, demonstrate well-developed interpersonal and communication skills necessary to interact in a professional manner with nursing staff, health care team members, and patients/families. Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree and be certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion or eligible to become certified after one year of employment. Partial tuition reimbursement and relocation reimbursement may be available to the qualified candidate.
