SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
This position greets visitors, answers a multi-line phone system, and directs calls to appropriate department/personnel. Creates an environment that promotes a feeling of importance in every customer. Will perform the following tasks in a way that reflects H&R Agri-Powers mission to provide quality products/service at a fair price to afford a reasonable return on assets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones in a courteous and polite manner, direct to the appropriate department/personnel as needed.
- Greet incoming customers with a smile and escort to the appropriate department.

Pay close attention to customers needs and take reasonable measurements to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Receive USPS mail; sort and distribute appropriately.
- Maintain and file documents and invoices.
- Regularly operate standard office equipment (ex. Fax machine, copier)

Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area and sales floor.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and safe work environment by interacting with customers, peers, management and support resources in a way that promotes teamwork and a commitment to excellence.
- Complete all other tasks as assigned by leadership.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years in customer service.

Familiar with working on a computer for work-related purposes.
