Four Star hotel located in North County is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. Some duties of the job include file and scan documents, answer/direct calls, distribute memos and other administrative duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and be friendly and personable. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a successful nationwide company.

Duties:
  • File and scan documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute memos to appropriate staff
  • complete reports for market share analysis
  • Maintain files and sales department invoices
  • Maintain director of Sales staff reader files on a monthly basis
Experience:
  • 2+ years of administrative or customer service skills
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Tech Savvy
  • MS office experience
  • Friendly and cheerful demeanor
  • Type 55 WPM
