This position is located in the Continuum of Care (COC) Office within the Department of Administration. Incumbent will serve as the Quality Assurance Manager for COC. Will assist the COC Director in overall management of the organization, including planning, facilitating and finalizing assigned projects in COC. Will direct and manage the policy and procedures and compliance areas for COC. Communicates and monitors compliance and agency best practice expectations in all regions within the organization. Serves as a member of the COC Management Team. Will direct and manage all COC staffing training in Medicaid and COC Best Practice Standards. Serves as statewide Privacy Officer for COC. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience
AGENCY REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor's degree, or higher, and two years of relevant program experience.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Position may require overnight travel. Incumbent must possess a valid South Carolina Class D driver's license. May require employee to work evenings and/or weekends. May be required to work during emergency situations. Applicants indicating college credit or degree(s) on the application will be required to bring a copy of college transcript to the interview. A copy of the transcript may also be uploaded as an attachment to the application, if required by the hiring department or if desired by the applicant. Master's degree is preferred.
