Chi Institute was founded in Reddick, Florida in 1998. It is now the leading veterinary continuing education (C.E.) provider of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM). The mission of the Chi Institute is to train licensed veterinarians to become cutting-edge animal health care providers, capable of practicing veterinary acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and other TCVM skills. Over 7,000 licensed veterinarians have graduated from the Chi Institute. They are now active and competent TCVM practitioners in the USA, Canada, South America, Europe, Australia and Japan.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated, organized, cooperative, meticulous with detail person to join our team. This full-time hourly position is available immediately. Major Duties:

  • Draft instructors' contracts for the associate dean and communicate with the instructors for e-signing of the contracts.
  • Coordinate, schedule and remind faculty and teaching assistants for the appointments of their lectures and labs.
  • Collect the PowerPoint and other teaching materials from different faculty. Format, create the table of content and make class handouts binders for printing.
  • Help proofread, format and illustrate the school's publications and marketing materials, such as journals, newsletter, flyers.
  • Communicate with students through telephone, emails and face-to-face.
  • Help draft, edit and prepare class use materials, flyers and notes for current/new/prospective students.
  • Help set up online courses, quizzes, and evaluations with the web-based Learning Management System.
  • Oversee the processing of scholarships applications.
  • Other administrative works assigned by the management.
  • (Optional) Travel to large US cities to organize off-site class or exhibit at the national veterinary conference up to 4 times (4 to 5 days a time) a year.


  • Must be punctual, reliable and professional.
  • Associates degree or above is required. Bachelor degree preferred.
  • Excellent skills in using Microsoft Words, Publisher, Excel, and Outlook and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent at details and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skill. Able to type 35 words or more per minute.
  • Associate degree or above.
  • Able to work on weekends when needed (up to 10 weekends a year).

Compensation and Hours:
Salary: $13-16/hr or based on skills and experience
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm (30 mins lunch break) Mon to Fri. (Class days hours vary with 1 to 2 weeks advanced notice)
