Looking for Enthusiastic Help Desk Customer Service Representative for our growing office in Woodstock Georgia. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has demonstrated an excellent track record of providing excellent customer services, is Bilingual, strong computer skills, strong oral and written skills and great teamwork skills.
- Person must have excellent telephone presence and:
must have basic computer knowledge.
History (cache, cookies and saved passwords) for various browsers
Troubleshooting website issues
The ability to communicate and walk customers through the company portals
When responding to emails and tickets you must be able to communicate clearly and have correct grammar and spelling.
Ability to work and communicate with others
Show up to work on time.
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Positive customer service skills via phone, email and internal ticket system
Detailed notes - the ability to take notes while talking to a customer, some issues may need to be escalated.
When communicating with internal employees and especially customers, you must be able to present yourself professionally
