The Rates eTrading D2C team partners with several Rates and EM businesses to provide solutions for electronic trading on client markets. We cover several functional domains including pricing, contribution, execution, and STP, and manage the entire SDLC. As such, we are a diverse group of project managers, business analysts, and developers (front-end and back-end). Our systems facilitate the electronic trading of many products, the majority of which are securities and derivatives.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
Expertise in application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Advanced knowledge of architecture, design and business processes
We are looking for a strong UI developer to work on several exciting projects which aim to improve the electronic trading capability of our businesses
Proficiency in UI design, C#, .NET. WPF, HTML5, JavaScript, React, Redux, OpenFin.
Prefer to have experience in KDB+ or other tick databases, TIBCO RV, LBM, JMS, AMPS or other messaging middleware
The ideal candidate would have experience in the financial industry and prefer to have Electronic trading systems experience. Other relevant software development experience, however, will be considered.
The candidate must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
Ability to understand requirements, solve technical problems, propose complete solutions
