Certification from a nationally accredited paralegal training institution and three years related experience or any combination of experience/education/training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work.
Knowledge of Criminal Defense; legal research methods and practices; general office procedures, equipment and administration, bookkeeping principles and banking procedures.
Skill in communicating verbally including interviewing, customer service and interpersonal skills;
working with a variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds; Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Skill in using office software programs including word processing, spreadsheet, database and email.
