**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues. Preferrablly Commercial HVAC Experience
**Duties:**
- Install, service, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems
- Conduct routine maintenance on all HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Use specialized tools, such as an Ohmmeter, to diagnose electrical issues
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks as required
- Operate a van and travel to job sites
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Perform property maintenance tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other technicians to design and implement new HVAC systems
- Conduct appliance repair and maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Ability to work with a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
- Experience with appliance repair and maintenance
- Familiarity with property maintenance tasks
- Experience with welding and fabrication
- Experience with van driving and property maintenance
- Experience with schematics and design
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform demanding physical tasks
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary education in HVAC technology or a related field is an asset
- Current certification in HVAC technology is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.57 - $50.00 per hour
