The Human Resource Coordinator will provide assistance to the Human Resources Manager to facilitate and implement human resource processes for 150 employees in 8 business locations nationally. They will also will see that policies and procedures are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations, and provide administrative support to the overall human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry. Desired candidates should possess proficiency in the following areas:

HR Expertise – The knowledge of principles, practices and functions of effective human resource management (e.g. – legislative understanding, workforce planning, human resources development, HR technology).
Cultural Awareness – The ability to value and consider the perspectives and backgrounds of all parties (e.g. – adaptability, openness to various perspectives, cultural awareness and respect, diversity perspective).
Required Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent years of HR experience.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Understanding and working knowledge of complex federal, state/municipal leaves of absence programs.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications Preferred:
Experience in a professional service industry; accounting preferred.
Experience working with multi-state business locations.
Experience with ADP Workforce Now management systems.
Proficient knowledge of Skype for Business and 8x8 Virtual Office.
Experience using online recruiting tools and forums.
SHRM Certified Professional credential (SHRM-CP) or Human Resource Certification Institute credential (PHR) a plus.
