Tri Global Insurance Services, Inc is seeking Sales Professionals who are self-motivated, customer service-oriented individuals to sell, market, and service our superior, differentiated insurance products to existing clients and new customers in the following industries:

Our Danville office currently has an opening for a self-motivated sales professional highly driven towards success with 2-5 years sales experience. You will become part of an experienced, high-revenue producing sales team who will be mentored by our top-performing associates and work to service an existing customer base and increase market share.

Responsibilities:

Developing and maintaining good business relationships with clients

Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective clients needs and goals with exceptional customer service

Prospecting for new business by identifying and qualifying sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases

Selling over the phone, email and fax, or, If necessary, setting appointments with prospective insurance customers and meeting with individuals and business owners in their businesses or other settings

Making presentations to educate, inform, and up-sell clients on new products and services offerings to increase business efficiency, lower risk, and enhance profits

Expanding current business by consistently understanding clients' changing needs and making appropriate recommendations

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Can be successful working in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environment

Articulate and can position the full spectrum of our services and solutions to key client decision-makers by developing client relationships to secure additional business opportunities

Excellent communication and listening skills plus the ability to explain complex information in a simple and concise manner

Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., "People Person") with a strong network of contacts

Strong desire to exceed expectations; self-motivated and self-disciplined with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision

Proven track record meeting and exceeding targeted sales goals

A detail-oriented professional with excellent time-management, organization, project management and computer skills

Commercial Insurance sales experience is preferred, but not necessary

Must have at least 2 years professional sales experience

Ability to obtain an active insurance license; active license strongly preferred

Sales Certification a strong plus
