Job Summary: The Program Director is responsible for the oversight of the campus Complex Care program, ensuring the delivery of high quality care services to short stay and high acuity residents. The Program Director, under the direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises and manages the daily operation of the campus complex care program, including oversight of complex care personnel, such as nurses, C.N.A.'s, C.M.A.'s, Health Unit Coordinator, and other multi-disciplinary staff. The program director has oversight of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering quality care and outstanding customer services helping create a positive experience for internal and external partners.
Has successfully completed an accredited registered nursing program; BSN or higher preferred.
Current Wisconsin license in good standing.
Minimum of at least 5 years of experience in a Nursing Leadership position.
Working knowledge of Skilled Nursing rules and regulations.
Nursing experience to include a combination of acute care and post-acute care continuum.
Knowledge and experience of program development with multi-disciplinary teams.
Knowledge and experience in coordinating care across a continuum of services.
