The NRC Residential Program Manager manages all clinical and administrative aspects within assigned group home(s). Participates as a member of a resident client's treatment team to develop and implement specific care plans. Manages Rehabilitation Assistants/direct care workers within the facility. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, rules, standards, policies, procedures, and practices. This position will manage 2 large group homes in the Farmington Area.

Core Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, neurological or TBI experience preferred

Minimum 1 year of acute or post-acute patient care experience or Residential / Group home experience

Minimum 2 years of experience supervising/managing staff

Previous experience working with computers, i.e. Microsoft Office

Knowledgeable of HIPAA Privacy Rules

Acceptable under the State of Michigan Good Moral Character Statute

Ability to lift, maneuver and carry up to 30lbs.

High School Diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license

Acceptable driving record

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to work as part on an interdisciplinary team and serve as a team member

Ability and willingness to learn new skills

Ability and willingness to set priorities

Willingness to provide patient care

Willingness to be on-call

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred

2+ years of related experience preferred
