MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 yearsPhysical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:– Previous Supervisor/Management experience.– 4 year degree or knowledge/experience in the home improvement industry.– Strong team development skills.– Experience in a call center environmentKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:– Excellent leadership skills.– Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.– Able to use Microsoft Office products.– Proven experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously.– Problem solving ability.– Effective manager, effective time management, effective resource and workload management.– Customer service and problem resolution skills.
