POSITION SUMMARY

Determines the appropriate tasks required to implement, support, and maintain the clinical, financial, and administrative quality related information technology systems and infrastructure in use across the CHI St. Luke's Health System. May execute work independently or assign work to other analysts in a team environment within quality and other areas, including ITS. Requires in-depth subject matter expertise, technical knowledge, and analytical skills, a demonstrable experience in documenting business processes, work planning, problem resolution, requirements and technical analysis, software design, software testing, and end-user training, and a well-developed understanding of project lifecycle management. Liaison between technical and business communities and must be able to communicate complex situations quickly and clearly to people with a variety of technical skills. Design and implement project plans and manage tasks and resources effectively and within the project scope.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Using systematic and iterative processes will investigate performance trends, identify areas for enhancement, and design improvements Conducts in depth review and facilitates root cause analysis

2. Utilizes analytical tools and techniques to assist in the aggregation, analysis and presentation of data

3. Provide strategic advice to CEPM leadership regarding key quality projects Anticipate future regulatory and business requirements related to quality goals

4. Lead project planning, project development and project management Understands the importance of and CEPM methodologies, documentation tools and project standards and applies them consistently

5. Escalates issues to appropriate and CEPM leadership Accurately and timely

6. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule

7. Seeks input from mentors and supervisors Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts verbally

8. Accurately Prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, and professional

9. Proactively Initiates, Develops, and Maintains effective working relationships with team member

10. Appreciates each team member's contributions and values each individual member

11. Serves as primary support contact to coordinate questions and issues that arise in the performance of the role

12. Reviews requirements and conducts analysis of business operations

13. Works with vendors and customers to define changes to tailor systems to meet organizational need

14. Anticipates customer needs before they arise and presents solutions to project management that encompass issues at hand

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Licensure Required:
  • Master's Degree
Minimum Experience:
  • Seven (7) years leadership experience
