We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator to assist with billing and registration along with basic administrative tasks.
Answer telephones in a cheerful manner.
Take messages for customers using electronic medical records.
Verify and update customers demographic information.
Register new customers.
Address customers requests and inquires.
Resolve customers concerns.
Process insurance issues and assist customers in understanding insurance plans.
Return calls as necessary
Greet and check in/out customers, as needed.
Update registration and insurance information for existing customers.
