PART TIME PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Compile, reconcile and record employee time and payroll data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prepare payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
Execute time and attendance processing and interface with payroll.
Process correct garnishment, vacation time, insurance and 401k calculations and compliance.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE (6) 1 year HR Administrator or Payroll experience. Workday, ADP and Monet experience a plus.
