Pursuit Mental Health and Recovery is looking to expand and searching for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) for a growing private practice. In this role, the Psych NP will provide assessment, diagnosis, intervention, health maintenance, and comprehensive care for adolescents and adults with new and chronic mental health conditions.
Psych NP will provide treatment for common mental health and occasionally addiction patients. Psych NP will work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team in an autonomous but highly supported work environment. Practicing at the top of the scope of the Psychiatric NP, with evidenced-based treatments and following all State laws, the Psych NP will assume independent responsibilities in the assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of treatment and will be responsible for education, consultation, and evaluation of clinical practice at the various levels.
Salary is dependent on experience, but very rewarding.

Qualifications:
·You must be licensed in the state you live and the state you want to practice in.
· Current, or willing to license as a Registered Nurse and Advance Practice Nurse in any US state or territory.
· Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner PMHNP-BC is required for credentialing and to start seeing patients.
· The ability to obtain a DEA license Schedule 2-5 is required in the state you live and the one you want to practice in.
· Collaborative Agreement: needed if not in a Free Practice State with full practice authority.
· Malpractice insurance is required prior to credentialing.

Pay: Based on patient-type of appointments per contract terms

Mandatory Prerequisites:
Current Registered Nurse in any State or US Territory. Living in the United States
Completion of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program and pending board certification within 60 days.
