IndraSoft, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Operations Analyst to work on the Census program. Work location will be at IndraSoft’s Headquarters in Reston, VA. In this position, you will play a key role in providing support for the Operations Team in the areas of Reporting, System Maintenance and Data Analysis. You will update systems, troubleshoot problems, create/refine reports, perform data analysis and provide hands-on support for Operations issues within our organization.

Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
Requires a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in information systems, engineering, and business.
Must have advanced level of Microsoft Excel proficiency.
Ability to enter and manipulate Excel and Visual Basic data and explain the process to supervisors.
Ability to write and manipulate formulas in Excel and Visual Basic.
Expert knowledge in all aspects of Excel-based data modeling and Visual Basic.
Experience with ServiceNOW preferred.
Previous experience as a help desk technician, data analyst, computer technician, or IT support desired.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Ability to work both remotely and in-office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Security/Certification Requirements:
Must be able to obtain an USCB security clearance, including but not limited to:

Completion of Data Stewardship Title 13 Training
Special Sworn Status (BC-1759)
Declaration for Federal Employment (OF-306)
Live Scan or two Fingerprint Cards (Name Check when (2) unclassifiable results received)
Copy of two forms of identification – one (1) must be a Photo I.D.
Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (e-QIP) or SF-85 (Paper)
INS Documentation (if Foreign National)
DAO 207-12 Attachments (if Foreign National); Foreign Nationals have a 3 Year Residency Requirement

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
System Support

Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and systems.
Keep Operations systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades.
Keep Operations systems in-synch with each other.
Oversee troubleshooting for system errors.
Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed.
Respond to Operations modification requests for Site modifications, scheduling changes, closures and exception scheduling in the Operations systems.
Modify configurations, utilities, software, etc.
Perform data backups.
Excel Knowledge

Ability to enter and manipulate Excel and Visual Basic data and explain the process to supervisors.
Ability to write and manipulate formulas in Excel and Visual Basic
Expert knowledge in all aspects of Excel-based data modeling and Visual Basic.
Reporting Background

Assists in the preparation of management plans and reports.
Performs analysis, development, and review of program administrative operating procedures.
Responsible for collecting operational data and applying statistical and/or financial models that will support organizational objectives.
Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new Operational Reporting.
Perform routine, regular and ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as required by the project.
Performs day-to-day management of overall contract support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.
Attend monthly Program Management Review meetings.
Organizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of all contract support activities to include formal recurring stakeholder reviews.
Familiar with project management scheduling tools.
Manage a team of managers, responsible for setting and hitting aggressive SLAs.
Demonstrates written and oral communication skills and experience with briefing various levels of management.
Establishes and alters (as necessary) management structure to direct effective contract support activities.
