- At least 1 year of experience as a licensed Nail Technician.

Requirements and Skills:
- 1-3 years progressive experience in spa/nail treatments.
- Current state of California Cosmetology or Manicurist License.
- Knowledgeable and proactive with cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Understanding of proper treatment protocols.
- Knowledge of ingredients and benefits of different product lines.
- Successfully analyze guest needs to match appropriate treatment.
Required Skills:
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of all guests and spa information.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work as a team and independently.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly, customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
- Previous experience in a luxury work environment.
- Advanced knowledge of skin and nail disorders, indications, and contraindications.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing. Have frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting property.
- Constant need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, turning, finger dexterity.
- Frequently needs to stand for long periods of time.
- Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Vision requirements: constant need to view small print. Frequent need to see small details and things clearly beyond arms’ reach.

We offer a 401k plan after 6 months of employment. Employee must be 21 years of age in order to participate in this benefit. In addition, we offer sick pay and paid holidays.
