We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to aid in our daily needs as a show and in the daily life of our celebrity entertainer. This role is activated on an on-call basis, in coordination with the primary Personal Assistant who is the acting daily supervisor of the new hire.

*Regularly reporting to Artist and other Company designees for assigned tasks such as running errands, handling chores, basic photography, social media monitoring/posting, administrative tasks, miscellaneous work, and providing support when needed. *Assisting Artist’s day-to-day operations involving email correspondence, returning phone calls, organizing schedule, providing timely reminders, and coordinating with vendors and providers. *Coordinating Artist’s schedule with other Company designees. *Communicating and notifying the merchandise team at the Mirage for product shortage and reordering for the vendor stand; assisting the merchandise team with on-site and tour sales, and communicating with Company designees and Company accountants regarding stock balances. *Replying to emails from https://www.shinlimmagic.com and forwarding booking requests and inquires to proper handlers. *Relaying and tallying complimentary tickets to the Limitless show, and forwarding them to the Mirage front-of-house manager for reserving. *Providing appropriate short-term care for Artist’s pets, including walking, playing, feeding, cleaning, etc., *Chauffeuring Artist and additional guests to desired destinations as well as primary venue (The Mirage). *Recording and transcribing meetings and discussions for later usage, and notating important information to be shared with Principal. *Booking hotel rooms and flights for domestic and international travel, including any needed transportation services required therewith. *Learning show tracks and filling in for absent performers from time to time as needed. *Ensuring the proper restocking of food and beverages in the Mirage dressing room, as well at client’s residency. *Ordering and procuring meals and beverages at the request of the Principal and Company designees, including reservations or bookings as required. *Accepting and managing deliveries for incoming and outgoing mail. *Coordinating merchandise purchase fulfillment both at live performances and for online orders, delivering stock to relevant personnel on an as-needed basis. *Ensuring smooth daily workflow with other personal assistants, new hires, and company personnel. *Ordering, delivering, and organizing required uniforms, dry cleaning, or costume/makeup elements for Principal and company designees both on request and according to established schedules. *Duties will be modified or added at the discretion of Company and Principal.
*High School Graduate *3 Years of experience as a personal assistant, office assistant, or other relevant work experience. *Is licensed to drive in the state of Nevada, with reliable daily transportation. *Can reliably manage multiple tasks in a timely manner, while delivering quality results with their work.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $24.00 - $25.00/hour.
