As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Annapolis, MD/Elkridge, MD/Philadelphia, PA/Miami, FL/Oakbrook Terrace, IL/Redmond, WA. This position may require Relocation and or travel

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred

  • At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment of CRM Systems
  • At least 1 years of experience support & administration of Dynamics 365 CRM online
  • Strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
  • Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
  • Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team as well as individually Preferred
  • Experience in Dynamics CRM Implementation including Development, support, system testing and end user training
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 PSA, Field Service, Outlook Integrations, Upgrade a plus.
  • Experience in web application development a plus - .NET & Azure stack
  • At least 1 yearof hands-on experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations.
  • Excellent ability to understand client's business needs, gathering requirements and translating these requirements to great features and functionality of Dynamics CRM and preparing solution based on fit gap analysis.
  • Configuration and Solutioning of MSCRM.
  • Planning and Prioritization skills
  • Should have knowledge on Requirement Gathering and preparing solution based on fit gap analysis.
  • Lead a team of developers/ analyst in understanding as-is business and create to-be business maps
  • Planning and Co-ordination skills
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
